Staff Portal for Logging Home Visits and Hours


Traditionally all therapists sent their time sheets in at the end of the week, as the business grew this became unmanageable as this data needed to be entered into multiple systems manually.

This input of data multiple times took a lot of administrative time. There was also no, daily, weekly, monthly view on company or staff efficiency. As the company grew a solution was required.


A bespoke web application was developed that works via a web browser on a laptop or mobile phone. Each day the therapists would input there time and travel hours at each client site allowing daily, weekly and monthly reporting on profitability.

This allowed the staff to see their accumulated hours and wages and the business to monitor efficiencies and costs. It also allowed for a very simple once a month “export & Import” of this data into the Sage accounting system saving days of work.
